Front Office Manager / New Patient Coordinator
Chanai is a jack of all trades. She can be found talking with patients, labs, insurance companies, and managing the flow of the office. Her cheerful demeanor is contagious and she loves to see and hear the progress of our patients.
Patient Coordinator
Michelle is the person that will coordinate all aspects of your appointment with the doctor to make sure everything you need has been taken care of, whether that be refilling prescriptions or scheduling follow-up appointments. Count on her to help you with her signature “can do” attitude.
Medical Assistant
Krystal is extremely organized and does multiple jobs throughout our offices. She can be found answering phones, filling prescription orders and assisting with anything needed during your office visit. She also has great phlebotomy skills, as evidenced by the number of patients who request her services.
Front Office Receptionist
Shelly is most likely the first friendly voice you hear on the phone, and the first smiling face you see when you walk into our office. She can help guide you to schedule an appointment, order your supplements, answer your questions, or help you with a check-out.
Laboratory Supervisor
Angelina is responsible for managing the many intricate aspects of our laboratory. With almost ten years of phlebotomy experience, her skills are unparalleled. What makes her even more valuable is that she specializes in pediatric phlebotomy. Her gentle nature is calming and her charisma is irresistible. She loves her patients, and they cannot help but to love her back.
Medical Assistant
Nicole’s skills help the laboratory operate efficiently and smoothly. She is most likely to be the staff member who will greet you with her bright smile when you visit our laboratory. She is responsible for answering the phones, researching lab test results, scheduling appointments, and organizing the flow of traffic in the lab.
Vocational Nurse
Kaitlin is an important part of the laboratory team. Her outgoing and friendly personality make her an excellent addition to our department. She is our main HCG coach, and will provide you with the support needed to encourage you through your HCG diet journey. Her medical training and knowledge in nutrition ensures that you are in good hands. She also performs the other many treatments that we offer in the lab with skill and a soft touch, such as injections and blood draws, as well as many IV therapies.
Administrative Director
Ann oversees a broad range of office practices, including the accounting, patient privacy, and human resource practices of the clinics. Her extensive accounting background working in various settings has afforded her a broad knowledge base. Ann was very happy to join an integrative medical practice like ours in 2007.
